7. Management and operation of the fund: (1) The amount of the fund will be deposited by the committee in the Nepal Rashtra Bank or any other commercial bank in Nepal.
(2) The account as per sub-rule (1) shall be operated by the joint signature of the member-secretary of the committee and the chief accounting officer or accounting officer of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers Office.
